Does Samsung offer free shipping?
Yes, if you have a Samsung account, you can get free delivery on most of products. If you do not have an account, small items such as laptops, tablets, and smartphones will incur a named day delivery fee of £5.99 or £9.99 for an all-day slot.
Larger purchases like dishwashers, fridges, and washing machines require a minimum Gold Rewards account level to get free delivery accounts below this level, and guest accounts must pay £20 depending on whether you choose next-day delivery, all-day delivery, or a specific time slot.
What is Samsung Rewards?
Samsung Rewards is the company's loyalty scheme. Joining is free, and members will earn points on every purchase they make, which can then be spent on future purchases. Just create or sign in to your Samsung account to get started on Blue tier and you'll unlock 1% of your order values back as reward points, free shipping on all orders & exclusive members-only orders.
If you spend £1000 with Samsung within 24 months, you'll rank up to Gold tier, and an increased reward point rate of 3%. If you manage to spend £3000 within 24 months, you'll level up again: the final rank, Platinum, boosts your rewards rate to 5%, plus you'll net access to members events. The brand occasionally offers bonus points events too, giving members chances to earn extra with select purchases.
How does Samsung's price promise work?
Like many retailers, Samsung offers a price promise. If you find the item you've just purchased being sold cheaper elsewhere within seven days, you can let the team know and they'll refund you the difference. This offer is only available if you see products sold at lower prices by selected online competitors - you can find a list of these competitors on the dedicated price promise page on the Samsung website.
What is the Samsung trade-in service?
If you have devices you no longer use, namely smartphones, tablets or smartwatches, you can trade them in to save money on your next Samsung purchase. The brand doesn't just accept its own tech, either - any old tech can be traded in, including non-Samsung devices. The value of the trade-in varies depending on the model and condition of the item, but you can net up to £800 in discounts or store credit.
Generally, the newer the model and the better condition the item, the more your trade-in will be worth. Once you've selected the item you're trading in, you can then add the product you wish to buy to the cart if you're opting for a straight up discount to see the new price displayed at the checkout. It's generally better to choose immediate discounts where possible, as the brand tends to limit which orders store credit can be applied to (e.g. selected Samsung products).
What is the Samsung return policy?
Customers can return items to Samsung within 14 days of making their purchase if they decide they no longer want their item. However, they will need to arrange their own shipping, or pay for drop-off collection, which starts from £5.99 for smaller electronics and rises £50 for large appliances collected from mainland UK addresses.
Note that you'll also be charged a 20% restocking fee for any items you have installed or show signs of use. Signs of use include inputting any data, installing software (if this is the product you are returning), or if earbuds and earphones have been worn.

Samsung regularly runs sales throughout the year, with big events launching around key retail holidays like Christmas, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, the start of summer, and other key periods throughout the year. Buy together and save
if you're in the market for multiple Samsung products, watch out for bundle deals. These offers can make prices up to 20% cheaper than if you bought each item separately (especially if you're buying multiple high-ticket items such as appliances). For example, you can occasionally buy Galaxy devices, tablets and laptops together with other phones, appliances, or accessories such as earbuds, with more bundles usually appearing that include the latest models.
Get a student discount
You can gain extra savings if you're a student or educator. You'll need to verify your status as a student or someone who works in education, but it's worth trying to enjoy some additional savings. These vary throughout the year, with the best price cuts occurring during the back-to-school season, but we've previously seen between 10 - 30% off selected products.
Get a key worker discount
In addition to offering a student discount, Samsung also offers discounts for key workers, including teachers, NHS workers, and defence staff. To receive your key worker discount, head to the Samsung website and visit their key worker pager, which is linked at the bottom of the Samsung home page. Like their student discounts, Samsung's key worker discounts can knock as much as 20% off selected tech.

- Copy the code to use later, then follow through to the Samsung website.
- Find the item you wish to buy at Samsung.
