Does eufyMake offer free shipping?
Yes, as standard, all orders over $100 come with free shipping to addresses in the contiguous US. Orders under this total will incur a $5 shipping fee. You can expect your order in 3 - 7 working days, shipped via USPS, UPS, Amazon MCF or FedEx.
Can I get a eufyMake student discount?
Still studying and looking to save on your printing goods? Good news - if you have a valid Student Beans account, eufyMake offers $100 off orders over $2500 when sign in to verify. Just sign in before placing your order and, once your eligibility has been confirmed, you'll be sent a one-time code to add at the checkout.
Can I refer a friend to eufyMake?
If you know someone who'd like the eufyMake range, you can refer them to the brand to net them a discount at the checkout and earn yourself rewards. To get started, sign in to or create a eufyMake account to get a unique referral code. Send this to your friend to get them 8% off their order at the checkout, and once their order is complete (45 days after they've made their purchase), you'll receive a $200 gift card. You can refer up to 5 friends per account, meaning up to $1000 in rewards.
Can I return my order to eufyMake?
You can send an order back to eufyMake if you change your mind, so long as you do so within 30 days of your date of purchase. Items need to be sent back undamaged and with original packaging and all originally included accessories to be eligible for a full refund, and you will be expected to arrange and pay for returns shipping (unless your order is faulty). Cartridges, toner and film may be subject to different return conditions.
