Do ECOVACS offer free shipping?
Yes, ECOVACS offer free shipping on all orders over $49.99. Orders under this total will be subject to a flat $5.99 shipping fee. You can expect your order within 3 - 13 business days (up to 5 days processing and 2 - 8 days shipping), and tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
Does ECOVACS have an app?
Yes, the ECOVACS HOME app is available to download free through the Google Play and Apple App store, and lets you control and manage devices from your phone. By pairing your ECOVACS robots with the app, you can also access exclusive prices.
App users are automatically signed up to ECOVACS rewards, meaning they'll earn points on every purchase, and should also look out for ‘Member’s Day’, an annual event available exclusively to app users that lets you earn twice the points on your purchases.
How does ECOVACS trade-in work?
If you're looking to upgrade or get rid of an old ECOVACS model (namely one of the DEEBOT series), you can use the brand's trade-in program to get up to $400 back in store credit or an instant discount on a new machine.
Just head to the dedicated page on the brand's site and provide some details about your machine. You'll be given a quote, and if you're happy, you can choose to receive it as either store credit or an upgrade discount.
If you choose store credit, the brand will provide you a prepaid shipping label to use to cover return costs. Once your device is inspected to verify its condition, your credit will be added to your account. If you choose to upgrade, however, there is no need to ship off your old device - you can simply get a discount on a new model at the checkout.
Does ECOVACS accept returns?
Should you decide you want to send your ECOVACS order back, you'll have 30 days to do so from the date of your purchase. Items will need to be returned in good condition, their original packaging and with all included accessories to be eligible for a full refund. Note that unless your item is defective, you will be expected to arrange and pay for your own returns shipping. To start arranging a return, just contact the brand's team to get an RMA.

Get a price match
If you've recently bought a device from ECOVACS and the price has dropped since, you may be able to get the difference refunded through the brand's price match promise. Just get in touch with the team and provide evidence of the price drop and your purchase, and as long as it an exact match to the one you purchased, the team will credit your account with the difference. This is especially handy if you couldn't wait for a major holiday sale and needed to purchase up to 30 days before the deal went live. Note that this only applies to devices, not accessories.
